The "Hybridity" is the Reality
I wanted to pass along a little food for thought about digital and "traditional" advertising communication. I recently read an article about entrepreneur James Hirschfeld, the founder of a successful digital greeting card company, Paperless Post - who at the request of many customers just started a paper greeting card company called....Paper.
He said this about doing both: "If we're honest with ourselves, the world that consumers live in is truly digital and also truly physical. The hybridity is the reality."
I agree. While the digital space as a ad venue is not going away, thankfully neither is the physical world. And the great value of the right ad, in the right place, at the right time - is not going
